The Skincare Change That Actually Worked

I've tried more skincare than I care to admit… and this is the change that made the biggest difference.

I was surprised to learn that topical estrogen can support collagen production, improve moisture, and help skin look firmer. My clinician helped me get a compounded facial cream along with tretinoin, and it's completely changed my routine.

Of course, this isn't for everyone. These are prescription treatments, so the right place to start is with a qualified clinician who can help you decide what's appropriate for you.

Comment MIDI and I'll send you the telehealth service I use.

  1. The cosmetic companies are going to be putting this in everything very shortly just wait! There’s no science on this yet BC of them. It’s only a matter of time before this is normalized.

  2. You look beautiful. I cannot use this as I was estrogen and progesterone positive when I had bilateral breast cancers in 2014.

    1. I am not a doctor, but I also had estrogen positive breast cancer in 2016 and my ultra conservative oncologist approved TOPICAL estrogen.

    2. @felrau1I guess everyone must do what they feel at peace doing. In my case, doctors did not agree and I would not do it even if they agreed it was okay. I think of Suzanne Somers and all that, but that really isn’t why. I had the craziest monthly periods and was very effected by hormones. Alot of cancers are connected to hormones so for me I feel this is the best choice. Estrogen can feed it if it is lurking. But everyone is different. Thanks for your reply.
