The Skincare Change That Actually Worked
I've tried more skincare than I care to admit… and this is the change that made the biggest difference.
I was surprised to learn that topical estrogen can support collagen production, improve moisture, and help skin look firmer. My clinician helped me get a compounded facial cream along with tretinoin, and it's completely changed my routine.
Of course, this isn't for everyone. These are prescription treatments, so the right place to start is with a qualified clinician who can help you decide what's appropriate for you.
Comment MIDI and I'll send you the telehealth service I use.

I use my bioidentical DHEA and castor oil together on my face .
The cosmetic companies are going to be putting this in everything very shortly just wait! There’s no science on this yet BC of them. It’s only a matter of time before this is normalized.
You look beautiful. I cannot use this as I was estrogen and progesterone positive when I had bilateral breast cancers in 2014.
I am not a doctor, but I also had estrogen positive breast cancer in 2016 and my ultra conservative oncologist approved TOPICAL estrogen.
@felrau1I guess everyone must do what they feel at peace doing. In my case, doctors did not agree and I would not do it even if they agreed it was okay. I think of Suzanne Somers and all that, but that really isn’t why. I had the craziest monthly periods and was very effected by hormones. Alot of cancers are connected to hormones so for me I feel this is the best choice. Estrogen can feed it if it is lurking. But everyone is different. Thanks for your reply.
so no more castor oil?
I still use it
Im going thru Midi. I WILL ASK FOR THIS THANK YOU

I’m looking to start hrt soon. Should I ask my doctor about making it into a skin face cream? Not sure they do it in Canada 🤔
I want it all over my body!!
No, you don’t. Plz be careful.
However. Midi charges a pretty penny for “membership”
pretty sure you can just pay per visit
$150 a visit after your first $250 visit. Once or twice a year. Totally worth it. They actually listen.
Thank you!!!!

Love this! Do you use the estrogen cream and the tretinoin together? If so, which do you put on first. Your skin, your face and your lips look amazing!❤

Estrogen for your face…sure!
But she didnt get the lips and face tightening from just that!
@edavis4641Oh yes I am aware of that and it looks amazing!!
You look fabulous!
Can I use the estrogen on face if I’m on HRT?
My cream for down there has estrogen, progesterone and testosterone. I used it on my face for 2 weeks and got some acne from the T.
I would love to know exactly what the prescriptions are… what is the “stuff” added and how much? Same with Tretinoin ? Thank you…
