  1. What about spinal fusion? I have a l-4 l-5 fusion and im having shoulder surgery at the end of the month…I used to work out in the gym in my late teens my 20’s and early 30’s and for some reason I just quit…now im 52 and everything is falling apart

    1. I had back surgery 13 years ago and with the help of physical therapists and trainers who were made aware of my “ailments”, I was able to work with them to find ways to safely lift. There are modifications to just about any lift or exercise. I have now been lifting safely for not quite 2 years.

  2. I agree but once you stop, that muscle volume deflates to horrid excess skin.
