    1. Watch all of Dennis’ videos and become your own doctor. The whole country should move in this direction. You’d be surprised how much you can get along without medical doctors if you do hundreds of hours of research and read the books Dennis recommends. A healthy life is soooo worth it. But you do need the time. It can be a slow road but just keep chugging!

Dan Peppers was a very special guest! He was seeing his doctor on a regular basis, yet continuously received horrific advice of watching his sugar and eating a low fat diet leading to a 11.4 A1C. Yikes! This man took his health into his own hands and VOILA…success. Congrats, Dan!

  1. My cgm always estimates my A1c as higher than it is when I get an actual test at the endocrinologist’s office. For example, my cgm has been telling me my estimated A1c is 5.8, but yesterday at the Endo’s office, it is now 5.5!

    1. The expected value though. I’m using my cgm now and I been using it for about 3 months now. I dont poke my finger the same way I used to

    2. My last A1C was at 7.7 and I was closer to having acceptable number of 7. I been struggling on my A1C from even last year and this past April my A1C was at 15, July was at 10.3 and last month is at 7.7

  2. Danny face the similarities I had a few years ago regarding my eyesight even though I’m younger though. Well it happened just before the pandemic started and the last A1C before the pandemic started was at 5.6 my best A1C at that point. And I been struggling quite lately ever since Covid started. Well I’m on cgm on top of it I was used daily and weekly insulin beside my metformin. Last A1C was at 7.7 from last month not quite closer to normal range of diabetes however other past A1C was at 15 back in April,10.3 in July well a few weeks after I lost my cousin that every same month. He said in July 10 his A1C was at 6.7 , well unfortunately I lost my aunt actually my cousin just that previous week
