So true wish I would’ve known this from when I was a kid. People aren’t addicted to food if they eat un processed and especially low-carb you get full and you don’t wanna eat anymore.

My mom was born and raised in Korea and to see her and her friends and their church eat Korean food, you realize Americans are not eating actual food. So many raw veggies, fermented foods, rarely any meat save some anchovies on occasion…the only processed type foods they really eat are tofu and white rice!
