Dennis, I do not like coffee…….never have developed a taste for it, and I am 79 years old. Normally I only touch food ONCE a day to keep my blood sugar in check. I considering your way, it sounds great……but what can I substitute for a TINY something for my breakfast ? I would appreciate your input.❤️

Thank you so much, I have taken your advice since last August and am now two stones lighter and have more energy, I was prediabetic and had little medical advice except to eat wholefoods which definitely raise my blood sugar.

Thanks very much for sharing this information. Since 2021 I have been following your advice I have been doing intermittent fasting and having 2 meals a day. My A1C has been lower 6s. I can’t seem to bring it down lower. I have my main meal between 12:00 – 2:00. Eating a salad, veggies and meats. I am not usually hungry for dinner around 6 but If I don’t eat then I get hungry around 8:00. For dinner my meal is very small. I have a protein drink or chaffle or eggs. I walk for an hour every day. Thanks again for your continued guidance 🙏

Powerful advice, that most people still ignore, why? It’s very simple to be real , problem is not only difficult ,it is scary. But that does not mean, that this way doesn’t work, just do it, it’s important enough, and take little time to see results and definitely notice changes.

  • @gastonkydd4509 says:

  • @eattolive1944 says:

  • @carlotalascano5227 says:

By the grace of God my husband did it, he ate all fresh foods & vegies found in the market, with salt & pepper only
as flavoring no more snacking. 4 eggs daily.
In 2 months his glucose normalize. No more grocery. 😊

  • @Toooldtobefooledagain says:

The plan for most people looks simple on paper. But when put into action all of a sudden it becomes very difficult. These people have got to be determined and practice discipline.

  • @jonathanrodgers1596 says:

    Good advice Dennis!
Please warn your diabetic followers of the dangers of having morning readings of 8 or over. They are in danger of suffering from sudden gall bladder attacks, liver problems, bile duct blockages, gallstones, pancreas problems. These serious health issues can descend on diabetics with almost no warning and these problems are much, much harder to overcome than higj blood glucose. Thank You and God bless you for your outreach.
