Thanks for pointing out the hidden dextrose and maltodextrin in so many products. So much better alternatives. I like the Stevia powder that also doesn’t have these. I find that a lot of of the packets for alternative sugar sweeteners do. Thank you for all you do, I am thriving because of it. God bless!

I cannot consume Choc Zero products. Didn’t realize this until I got a CGM. The only “sweetener” I can accept without getting spikes is stevia. Thanks as always Mr. Dennis!

Hello Dennis. I feel the same about cutting back. Also, I’m a steady a1c of 6, down from 8.6 in 3 month!!! BUT my doctor says I will probably never go off Metformin. Sadins me because so many of ur interviewed guest have. 😢
That brand of heavy whipping cream has terrible additives in it – carrageenan first! We use heavy cream powder. None of the additives and lasts quite a while!
