    2. A diabetic needs to establish a glucose target/goal. If any food raises your glucose over your target, that food is not healthy for you 🎈 3. Anyone with a glucose meter can establish whether or not any supposedly healing food is healthy. 🎈 4. Vet the foods that you eat!

    1. Why not mention what target to hit. Anyone can set an arbitrary target. For instance they can set a target of 140 for their blood gludcose (though that’s too high). But that will keep you being diabetic. A good target would be to not eat anything that spikes your blood sugar over 110 to 120. I keep my blood sugar below 110. I eat a keto diet.
