Well, technically speaking, if you invest in something, you are at least part owner. It’s true in real estate and stocks. The question is how “hands off” the investment is. Grant is advocating here investments as passive as possible. To be successful in it, you have to do lots of research and get lucky. Then maybe we can succeed.
