Exercise Routine (20:26): Lisa incorporated walking at work (19:53), soleus push-ups (20:38), squats (21:07), and wall sits (21:19) into her daily routine to help manage her glucose levels.
Inspiration and Transformation (22:19): Lisa shares that she lost 87 lbs and went from a size 22 to a size 10, emphasizing that she never thought she could achieve such results.

Such a delightful lady are, LIsa Lewis! Avoidance and denial seems to be a common theme of many of my friends who were initially diagnosed with diabetes. Going from 12.2 A1C to 5.5 A1C is fantastic! Congratulations for this remarkable achievement, Lisa!
