Tortillas turn into an easy peasy taco filled with suitable yummies inside for a party in my mouth! I always enjoy the interesting updates on food basics that you discuss with us! No excuses!

  2. I think I’ve looked for Lupin flour in Walmart, but couldn’t find it. But I recognize the Carrington brand as one they sell, so I’ll look tonight to see if they have it and I just overlooked it. If so, I’ll be trying these this weekend. Thanks, Dennis!

  3. Thank you Dennis
I watched your video about einkorn flour so I bought organic whole wheat einkorn flour from Walmart and tried it with waffles and didn’t spike blood sugar at all
I always bake my own bread using King Arthur whole wheat flour
I will try to use einkorn flour this time and see how it goes
Originally I’m from Egypt so bread is very important but after what happened and changing wheat natural structure I’m very picky now

  4. Just having morning coffee.. looking through Keto supplies.. what do I have and what do I need? Thank you so much dear Dennis!

  5. I have never fallen for the “net carb” fallacy – I ALWAYS look at the total carbohydrates and confirm results with Mike! If I’m allowing myself a bread indulgence I make a no knead recipe using einkorn flour and enjoy a nice slice with some French butter along with a cup of coffee. Then I go for a walk after my delicious treat.
