    Hi Dennis!

  • @debra5462 says:

I agree that all bread products need to be eliminated. They are the WORSE for diabetics.

    • @jobrown8146 says:

The trouble is that many people don’t realise that bread (and many other savoury products) is sugar/glucose because it doesn’t taste sweet.

  • @lorenmira2666 says:

Alullose is the best, bc it tastes good too.

  • @johnbassett9282 says:

    Brilliant once again Dennis.

I am in the process of reversing diabetes, so close monitoring. For 2 days I did my fasting BG and had 2 coffees cream and 2 grams of stevia tea cup size not mug size. In 2 hours my BG raised 1.1 and 1.2 mmol/L and cowboy style my BG continued to drop .9 mmol/L. So my conclusion is cream and stevia raise my Blood Glucose. Just saying you are right liquid I will have to try. I have to go with my experience and data. I stopped 4 metformin a day without doctors supervision, still on 1 Sandoz-Sitagliptin 100 mg. At first maintained 5 to 10 after a couple of weeks maintaining 5 to 8 mmol/L eh. lol I will say scalar wave exposure has started this process. My doctor is scratching is head he thought I was intermittent fasting as my AC1 went down along with my liver and kidney function. Amazing technology.

I just wish stevia didn’t have that off-putting bitter taste. I use concentrated liquid Splenda.

  • @Terry-cg7kt says:

  • @jimmyjs8907 says:

RIP Dr. Bernstein, he passed away yesterday.

  • @geraldinefields1730 says:

    Thank you.

  • @jobrown8146 says:

I’ve tried using crushed up stevia sweetener tablets in the place of erythritol stevia and my mug cakes don’t rise like they do when I use the granulated one (not allulose).

  • @clicquot2271 says:

I just saw a headline that Dr Bernstein passed away last night at the age of 90. 😢 He was and will continue to be the greatest resource for diabetics out there for some time to come, at least in my opinion. Thank you, Dennis, for continuing to spotlight his work and direct all types of diabetics to his books and YouTube videos.
