Insulin is a fat storage hormone. Without exercise, any glucose is merely stored as fat in the body. Not healthy at all for either of you.
No way i would eat 2 bananas unless I was starving, and I’m not diabetic.
That may be the case but the BG will be stored somewhere in the body as visceral fat, the dangerous type of fat.
Sensible. BG might be low but visceral fat climbs steadily over time.
