Never taking melatonin after this…
If melatonin leaves you feeling groggy the next morning, you're not alone! I've found that even natural sleep supplements can leave me feeling foggy.
That's why I prefer Sleep Breakthrough from BiOptimizers. It's packed with ingredients that support relaxation and better sleep, without leaving me feeling sluggish the next day.

I have it, didn’t really work for me, even though I’ve taken their magnesium for a long time, this particular product doesn’t help me sleep at all.
How did their magnesium work for you? If you don’t mind sharing. I purchased but haven’t yet..Just wondering if it will be too much on my stomach..there’s many types in theirs.
@amg92003 I really like their magnesium. I’ve used it for a long time so I’m not sure why this product isn’t working on me. I actually talked to a pharmacist today and got some CBD Gummies so I’m anxious to try those tonight. I have not slept well for three nights.

Sleep I hope I can buy this in Canada I’m desperate nothing’s working 😅
I started taking spearmint capsules for my mid life acne. Not only has it done wonders for my skin, it’s really helped my awful sleep. I sleep for longer and feel great upon waking. I didn’t know it alters the nervous system and helps with blood sugar (in animal studies). I’ve found it really beneficial.
