  1. In 2024 December I did zero card diet for 3 weeks. Had veggies, chicken and eggs. I too got a weakness issue. I couldn’t hold my 2 years old lean son, can’t open the bottle cap. I stopped my diet, Still i can’t open the bottle cap. Weakness not getting rid of.
Whenever i do zero card diet weakness following badly.
If i fail to balance carbs no sleep, different kinds of weakness following.
Medicine or diet both give more acidity.
God decided to kill me it seems

  2. I also suffered recurent dizzy spells when I first started low carb. I recall a lecture. For what I remember. A molecule of Glucose is bound to 3 molecules of water. When glucose reduction occurs, excess water is expelled by the kidneys. This interferes with the Potasium / Sodium balance of the blood. Which can result in dizzy spells. The remedy is add supplementary table salt to your diet. 1 Tsp a day was reccomended. My dizzy spells are now gone. Anyone know more than I can remember, please contribute.

  3. This definitely happened to me. The first week after I changed my diet and started taking this seriously, my blood sugar dropped from like, 300 consistently down to the mid 80s. I felt terrible. I literally did feel like I was going to pass out. It took me multiple days for my body to adjust.

  4. What’s missed here: if you go low carb, your body will start dumping water and electrolytes with it. I had to adjust my diet to focus on electrolytes to avoid these symptoms.
