  2. Would love it if you would discuss post menopausal women with type 2 diabetes and high insulin and glucose and how IF and Keto (no diary or nuts) can over the long term lower insulin.

  3. Love your videos, Dr. Fung! I have been intermittent fasting for the past 4 years since I started watching your videos and reading your books. I have lost 50 lbs, I am longer pre-diabetes, my cholesterol is down, my BMI is within a normal range, my blood pressure is within a heathy range, I am sleeping better, and I am off all blood pressure medication all while post-menopausal. I could not be more grateful!!

  4. Doctor Fung, you are a great person, a great scientist and I have a lot of respect for you. Fasting is helping me gain so much more energy, get better sleep, slim down my waistline to what I was at 18! and much more.

  5. Would be great if you could also do a video on diabetics who are TOFI (Thin on the Outside Fat on the Inside). There are testimonials here and in your other videos, but most of them are people who are losing 40, 50, 60 and more pounds of bodyweight. But the TOFI types don’t carry that much to start off with.
    Would really appreciate if you could do one for TOFIs 😊
