You’re the best Dr. Fung!
The sound kinda goes in and out in this video.
Does your book tells us how to deal with each of those kinds of hunger ?also wish it came out in large print . I’m sure I can get it on kindle but i like books
WOW
Looking Fly Dr. Fung what’s uppp 😅
That makes sense. Thanks Dr Jason Fung.
Loved obesity code. Will hunger code be available on audible
Wish it came out now …
❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
Omg I need this
True
So what to do?
I agree, Dr. Fung. am un emotional eater . When i am borde i eat. I managed to deal with it now. When I fast I make my self busy. I worked, do méditation and swim . I am on my second day of fast 💪🏽
Carbs, especially processed carbs, makes me hungry. Ghrelin hormone. Meat protein and Fats makes me feel satiated. Leptin hormone. When ever I feel hungry but I don’t necessarily need to eat yet, I’ll eat a slab or two of grass fed butter and I can manage to not eat until it’s the next meal.
Makes a lot of sense, unbelievably so
진짜 습관적으로 먹어됨
God bless you Doctor Fung
Makes sense ❤
This totally matches my long-distance walking experiments, especially in the Pyrenees where I got to experience my hunger coming and going very easily depending if I was approaching a village with potentially available food, or if I was walking away from it, knowing there hadn’t been anywhere open with food publically available. (I shared a longer story about it with photo of the experimental landscape on the Fasting Method Facebook Group.) I am so very hugely grateful for all the lessons you have taught us, Dr. Fung.
Since starting a fasting lifestyle 2 yrs ago I rarely feel hunger. I get excited to eat but I don’t feel hungry. It’s so weird…in a good way, I love intermittent fasting!
