  2. These are great ideas! I have a grocery list on Excel that I print out and post on the refrigerator. I have a blank space near the bottom of the page for errands. When I’m ready to leave the house, I number the errands in order. The non-food errands are first, then food stops are next. This way I don’t have to think on errand day of where to go next. Sorting by TO CALL, COMPUTER, TO FILE, etc. makes my desk day more organized and productive.

  3. Ughhhh the list always helps. I’ll feel overwhelmed and then once i write it out I realize it’s not all that bad. Love how you break down steps!
