High-Protein Jello Recipe!

Recipe here ⬇️

Ingredients:
1 packet sugar-free strawberry Jell-O
1 ½ cups boiling water
1 cup plain Greek yogurt (nonfat or 2%)
1 scoop collagen peptides (like Organifi – unflavored) – get yours here: chalene.com/collagen
Optional: CocoWhip (or any light whipped topping)

Instructions:
Pour the strawberry Jell-O powder into a mixing bowl.
Add 1½ cups boiling water and stir until completely dissolved.
Let it cool for 5–10 minutes (important so it doesn't curdle the yogurt).
Whisk in 1 cup Greek yogurt and 1 scoop collagen peptides until smooth and fully combined.
Pour into serving dishes or a container.
Refrigerate until fully set (about 2–4 hours).
Top with a spoonful of CocoWhip or your favorite light whipped topping (optional but delicious).

  1. 130 calories & 30g of protein -> for what serving size? Is that for eating the whole thing, or how much of it?

    1. @Mrs.FuttlebuttleI’m sure I would too. I just want to know the serving size for the calories and protein she mentioned.

    1. @KokoPeterson-hm7vo What dangerous ingredients If you’re talking about aspartame, even the WHO, which classified it as “possibly carcinogenic” based on limited evidence, confirmed that it’s safe within established intake limits. An average adult would need to drink around 14 cans of diet soda every day to exceed the recommended safety limit for aspartame. AND even exceeding that limit doesn’t automatically mean it’s harmful because the evidene is limited and the WHO is just being cautios.

  2. I so admired when you were for the older woman and represented. I used to love your post. Just can not anymore.

  3. Coco whip sounds disgusting. I’ll stick w/ real whip cream. Too many substitutions makes stuff taate gross. You get frustrated and eat the reg sugar ish. Rather have Greek yogurt chia seeds, blueberry, stevia and sliced almonds
