    1. @@jackiedelvalleThe most beloved fast is that ofProphet Daoud(David), he fasted every other day, I fast the fast of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH)Mondays and Thursday. Every Muslim male and female must fast the whole month of Ramadhan the 9th month on the Islamic calendar every day from sunrise to sunset 🤲🏾

  2. Fasting is not simple, the concept is simple, but in reality you have to force it, and once your in a fast, you have to force your brain to stop trying to make you break 😮

    1. I do omad which is essentially daily fasting. I literally just had to think about whether I’d eaten today – genuinely couldn’t remember. Not remotely hungry. Just finished work. Will go and see what I feel like eating in a sec. It’s 6pm in the UK. All I’ve had all day is coffee (with a pinch of salt) and water.

    2. ​@jackiedelvalle maybe I should of said there are people out there who trained there body and mind inadvertently to eat carbs when there full, so when fasting works and keeps them full it actually triggers there brain to want to eat 🙃
