Estrogen cream is a game-changer for your skin!

You do have to have it prescribed. I get mine through Midi Health. I love it because they actually listen, ask questions, and test!

  1. Great information 🎉 Love your new makeup look…. really enhances your beauty upgrade ❤💯🌟

  2. But if you’re already on a patch, and have estradiol at the systemic level, why would you need to put it on your skin as well? My understanding is it’s not necessary but I’d love to hear your opinion.

    1. Hi, the reason is the estrogen type in the cream here is estriol.
The estrogen type used for hormone replacement therapy (patch or gel or cream) is estradiol.🙂

    2. Adding a topical is beneficial for your tissues. I use vaginal estrogen for, well, my vagina, but I also add it into my moisturizer a couple times a week. The patch alone doesn’t give your vagina the extra support it’ll need, so it’s something to give consideration.

    3. And as far as I know for the skin regeneration estriol is working much better than estradiol. But for
systemic estrogen replacement it’s the opposite. It’s estradiol we need to add to our system.🙂

  3. Honestly, I just repurpose my vaginal estradiol cream. It’s cheap and effective and lasts a long time as a face cream. Your doctor will prescribe it.

    1. @mroateI use it about every other day. It’s not the most elegant cream. I wait awhile and then apply my regular moisturizer over it. I also use it on my hands. Honestly, that plus tretinoin and you’re pretty much done.

    2. @jasminecrandall2262 i’ve been using it a couple of years now and I really noticed the difference on my neck and my face! I put that on first then I put my vitae charm oil on top of that I just love that oil I wouldn’t be without it evaporates and doesn’t leave your skin oily. but the two work together perfectly I don’t need any other creams it does the job beautifully.👍

  4. I leave around six Dianette to dissolve in jar of cream and then mix thoroughly. Works like a dream for my oily, spot prone, yet aging, skin. I also think it’s helped reverse years of androgenisation of my face from
    Pcos. 😅❤

  5. I got HRT relief through Midi and my insurance covered it! I never knew!!

Thank so much! This is a game changer ❤❤👍

  6. How can we take your opinion when you’ve gotten soooooo much work on your face. Don’t get me wrong I oove u to bits

    1. Ha, jealous much? She’s sharing what she has learned for all things perimenopause/menopause since it wasn’t until the past few years that real information was shared. Women need all the information they can get to get through this time in our lives.

    2. I think she just had one facelift, I wouldn’t call that “soooooo” much work. I did too, lower face and trust me it doesn’t improve the quality or tone of your skin. Thats what this is about

  7. Hey Charlene! You brought the split bang back oh my God, I like your hair so much better that way, it makes you look even younger.🤘
