My daughter met him, said he was the nicest person
Thanks Dennis for keeping us in check of reality of foods.
Considering his years of past habits he is a miracle to be with us. My only paternal full Uncle was on a path to an early demise, as my father actually did, but he turned it around just about the time my father passed. Fasting, and low carb or processed foods and staying active as possible. He was 57 at that point, and passed at 89 and only a few days after being talked into taking the “notorius” jab..
Always helpful 🙏🏽
Denis…My aunt was world famous! She worked at 24 hr fitness as an aerobic instructor! Strangely enough, she worked at the mall where they filmed “Back to the Future!” Ha! Then she went next door and ate at “Hometown Buffet!” She was skinny, ate a little chicken, beef, no bread or cereal, no dessert, or no potatoes! She ate plenty of veggies and European Salads with no dressing only squeezed lemons! Her warm up every morning before work was a 5-10k run! I’m perspiring just thinking about that! Ha! One Christmas a few years back, I called to wish her a Merry Christmas and she mentioned she had trouble running even 5k runs and she walked some of it! Called my cousin to take her to the doctor! They ran tests and said she still looks, acts, and feels like a 16 year old with pure white hair, but her heart and kidneys are slowly shutting down, and she needs to retire and just take it easy! She could exercise at home, but stop the running morning warmups! She took it easy for the next few months but died peacefully in her sleep! She was 100 years old and super-hyper active! Ha! When I was a child, she was my Sunday school teacher too! At 5 she had us doing jumping jacks singing praise to the Lord! May God bless her sweet soul! Fantastic lady! TV crews from all over the world interviewed her! I remember them interviewing her and Jack La Lane!!!
The body and soul can do amazing things to stay alive, but we must take care of them both and do good things. Glory to God…🤠🙏🏼
My husband is 81 years old. He gets up at 2 o’clock in the morning drives two hours to his construction job and works 10 1/2 hours every day six days a week . He eats candy, junk food and anything he feels like and he’s like a 20-year-old. I think it’s because of his blood type 0 . When he does get off, he’s outside mowing grass or doing anything he can find it is amazing. And by the way, he’s very slim.
