    1. Yes, electrolytes will help a lot, but also slowly lower your carb intake.❤ If you can become a fat burner in ketosis you will feel amazingly better!
(I am amazed Muslim daylight fasting works as well as it does with lower cancer rates when they take such high carb meals & juice for calories🤔)
Also start small, expanding your fasting window slowly. You will get there, but most need pedantic patience while beginning.

    1. @PrasantaDatta-f3g best eat whole food like low GI vegetables and fruits and proteins, no starchy vegetables like potato and sweet potatoes if possible, no refined carbs at all if possible, no sugary drinks and desserts eg cakes, donuts, cookies and biscuits. No ultra processed food including those chips and snacks.
After a few months, do a fasting hba1c and see your result. OGTT will be an even more accurate one to test if you are still t2 diabetes or prediabetes.
But do take note, the moment you switch back to usual refined carbs and sugary diets , your prediabetes will come back.

That is when I really began losing 80 pounds at 58.
    🎉No longer prediabetic🎉

    Thank you Dr. Fung❤️
