Your tenacious attitude to “get the job done to your satisfaction” is what many in this community adores about you, Dennis! I use you as my example when I get confused about food or diabetes and ask myself the question “What would Dennis do?”. Then, I do that and keep on mosey-ing down the road!

Hmmmmm. I like MY bread to be as soft as possible, but yours looks as hard as a brick.
Maybe you could have made croutons out of the bread with the cheese.
Hello from Australia Dennis. I like to put a couple of heaped teaspoons of Sweet Lupin flour in a standard cheesy chaffle mix. Works well. It will be soft or stiff and crispy, just depends on how long you cook it.
Thank you for sharing! You’re making a big difference in this community!❤️🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻
If u let the cheese bread cool more it would firm up
The right bread is good for the heart and fibre with carbs, helps spike in blood sugar.
Greetings from Ethiopia. That was really very awakening. Thank you, Dennis.
For a fluffier bread separate the egg and whip up the egg white with a whisk and fold it into the batter made with just the yolk. Folding isn’t hard. It is just a word essentially meaning to be gentle so you don’t lose the air you whipped in. It is a little extra work but not much if you want a fluffier version of your bread.
Dennis, it looks like you like a little sandwich with your mayo! Wow, that was a lot. Anyway, good idea on the “bread mold”.
I just use my low carb tortillas and make a sandwich wrap.
Can’t wait to try the bread.
I also include a little bit of psyllium husk. To make it more tastier and rich I add chopped walnuts and sesame seeds.
