Your tenacious attitude to “get the job done to your satisfaction” is what many in this community adores about you, Dennis! I use you as my example when I get confused about food or diabetes and ask myself the question “What would Dennis do?”. Then, I do that and keep on mosey-ing down the road!

  2. Hello from Australia Dennis. I like to put a couple of heaped teaspoons of Sweet Lupin flour in a standard cheesy chaffle mix. Works well. It will be soft or stiff and crispy, just depends on how long you cook it.

  4. For a fluffier bread separate the egg and whip up the egg white with a whisk and fold it into the batter made with just the yolk. Folding isn’t hard. It is just a word essentially meaning to be gentle so you don’t lose the air you whipped in. It is a little extra work but not much if you want a fluffier version of your bread.

  5. Dennis, it looks like you like a little sandwich with your mayo! Wow, that was a lot. Anyway, good idea on the “bread mold”.

  6. I also include a little bit of psyllium husk. To make it more tastier and rich I add chopped walnuts and sesame seeds.
