  1. Tell me if someone who’s diabetic type 2 with insulin can beat diabetes in 4-6 month? Me personally I can’t fast so for me it’ s impossible to beat diabetic when it will take ages to reverse my insulin resistance.
    I don’t eat refined carbohydrates or sugars. Now it is almost 4 month without the usual carbs and my morning glucose is 120-140 in average.
    So Denis what I can do to reverse my diabetes in 6 month?

  2. My doctor put me on Metformin about a month ago for pre- diabetes . I can’t take it anymore. Makes me incredibly tired to the point that I can’t do a thing.

  3. I saw your salmon, broccoli and green beans on last episode. Is your green beans from a can? What seasonings do you put on your vegetables?

  4. I would love to see you include material on LADA in your new book. I was misdiagnosed with T2D, but certainly have kept A1C reasonably under control following your advice. I am not insulin resistant.

  6. I work with the elderly and those who are on dialysis seem to have no energy or hope. I think that’s what scares me the most about being diabetic. I don’t want to spend most of my life going to dialysis. 😢
