Exellente video!!thank you so much
Tell me if someone who’s diabetic type 2 with insulin can beat diabetes in 4-6 month? Me personally I can’t fast so for me it’ s impossible to beat diabetic when it will take ages to reverse my insulin resistance.
I don’t eat refined carbohydrates or sugars. Now it is almost 4 month without the usual carbs and my morning glucose is 120-140 in average.
So Denis what I can do to reverse my diabetes in 6 month?
Have you tried intermittent fasting? Sometimes that is more important than the diet.
It’s more than refined sugar. Bread rice potato rice corn all turn into sugar
My doctor put me on Metformin about a month ago for pre- diabetes . I can’t take it anymore. Makes me incredibly tired to the point that I can’t do a thing.
The book should be interesting 👍🏽🙏🏾
I saw your salmon, broccoli and green beans on last episode. Is your green beans from a can? What seasonings do you put on your vegetables?
How do i contact you by email?
Absolutely needed to be reminded tonight. Thank you.
Looking forward to your book. Will it be available in the UK?
I would love to see you include material on LADA in your new book. I was misdiagnosed with T2D, but certainly have kept A1C reasonably under control following your advice. I am not insulin resistant.
well said my brother get a sacetary to help you God bless
Good morning Dennis! I have been missing your podcasts, but am always thinking of your advice as I battle my numbers!
I work with the elderly and those who are on dialysis seem to have no energy or hope. I think that’s what scares me the most about being diabetic. I don’t want to spend most of my life going to dialysis. 😢
