Its a dumb point, Americans have a high standard of living and while it is up to them to economically reach that, implying that people don’t deserve Air Conditioning or Heating is barbaric. Sure a person who cant afford a dog shouldn’t get one, a dog is a luxury. Heating, Air Conditioning, things built into a home/apartment are not, they are expectations and often required by law.
