LOTS of YUM, DENNIS!

What can substitute lupin flour please?
I just purchase the zero carb tortilla. They are cheap
Make 6 or more batches, freeze them between parchment paper and use them as needed for a long time.
I’ll try it your way. Mine always come out like pancakes. Thanks Dennis.
Cutest couple ❤. Thank you for sharing.
Thank you for sharing this recipe!!
Best cooking show I’ve seen in a long time! The two deal breakers in the store-bought low-carb tortillas are preservatives and dough conditioners. Thank you Dennis for giving us the right to read labels!
Love that’s no oil! Can’t wait to try. I occasionally make tortillas and ive been using wheat or unbleached flour and subbed 1/2 cup of flax meal for some of the flour. I hoped for the best ( which is why ate rarely). Im so glad to try this. Dennis-tested are best!!❤
Hey Dennis, thanks. I started out with an a1c of 9.8 five months ago, and thanks to you, my life and diet have changed forever. I used the meter, but too much sticking got to me. I now wear a CGM, and my A1c is now 5.9. No going back for me. Much respect brother.
