    Thanks for the video. Started 13 months ago with intermitting fasting. The last six months eating between 12-1300 and 1700/1800. Realy love it. Easiest thing to do. Biggest challenge is not to overeat during those two blocks. Oh and i doing 48hour fast once a month (twice a year a 72 hour fast). Love it: 72 hours little bit too long

      The key to a longer fast like 72 hours is electrolytes. Put a little salt in your water. Dr. Berg sells electrolyte capsules that of course don’t contain sugar. Makes a big difference. Best wishes 😊

    Just finished the guide to complete intermittent fasting in vacation . Loved the book learned some much . Thank Dr Fung. Lost 40 lbs since January. Triglycerides from 125 to 45 – next had one Dr help with this in the last 50 years . Thank you 🙏

    Eating 1 meal a day. No sugar/ low carb. Only natural food like fish- bird- chicken- eggs- meat- berries – vegetables and no fruit! Only drink water. Walk my dog. Lost 44 lbs in 8 months. Weigh 132 lbs now and 5,5 tall. I look and feel GREAT. I cheat some days and still loosing weight 🙋🏼‍♀️ fantastic 🥳

    Because of Dr. FUNG I was diabetic for over 20 years all kinds of health issues, long story short A1C highest 15.? Lowest 9..? B/c of following what you said and say 7months or so ago including weight lost my A1C 6.7 and 3 months ago it’s Now 6.1 THANK DR. JASON and MEGAN (You Look Fabulous Mz. Megan…!!!!!!🎉🎉🎉❤🎉🎉🎉

    I have been doing a low carb diet along with IF and OMAD for 2 years. My colitis disappeared. It is in histological remission. My GI doctor had me write down everything I was doing. My eczema went away, my eye sight improved, all my aches and pains went away. I will soon be 65 yo but feel 20 years younger. I eat a lot of fatty meat-my trigs are 48 and my triglyceride/HDL ratio is .86. My colitis symptoms went away within days so I knew I was on the right track and never looked back. Thank you Dr. Fung!
