  2. I have a super active job, surgical nurse, never sit down!At Level 59! Still struggling with extra fat and trying to eat clean. The cortisol component is real! It’s hard to eat enough protein and keep portions smaller. Struggle is real!

  3. There’s a difference between visceral fat (the fat around your organs) vs subcutaneous fat that we see covering our abs. Visceral fat is more dangerous but can be less visible (skinny fat). I had a scan that showed low visceral fat, but my abs were not defined.
