My dermatologist told me that no one needs biotin, it is an over consumed vitamin, and does nothing for your hair. If you eat eggs and protein, you don’t need biotin.
I tried it once years ago and it gave me horrible stomach pains for hours. Never again.
My hair was falling out in big clumps, I started taking biotin and could see my hair growing back. My hair was falling out because I had too much testosterone in my body from having Biote put into my buttocks in a small surgical procedure. I went to many dermatologist and they could not help me so I had to figure it out myself.
I wouldn’t listen to the FDA about anything.
