  1. I have celiac disease and I cannot have the casing protein in dairy. What should I use for yogurt that’s low-carb because all of the dairy free yogurts have very little protein and higher carbs.?

  2. I need a weighted vest. I’m finally starting to see my belly apron shrink! Lost 70 lbs. I have about 30 pounds to go.

  3. Weighted vests in 8lbs and 10lbs are $20-$30 at Walmart. In November, they’re just about always on clearance. Been using them for years. 🌹💕

    1. Everyone got the memo to buy one , can’t find it in the store. 😂 I was trying not to order online

    2. Checked three Walmarts and none of them had one. Looked online and didn’t see one that budget friendly. I’m a 67 year old, divorced, retired teacher trying to stay healthy, but don’t have extra money to burn.

  4. I really appreciate everything you share on your channel. The dessert looks delicious, but just FYI, collagen is not a complete protein (it lacks two of the essential amino acids), so it doesn’t count toward total daily protein intake. Obviously the yogurt would count, and perhaps some unflavored whey protein isolate could also be added to up the macros. 😊

  5. Recipe looks awesome, but I’m allergic to dairy and I have to be care of sugar free products because aspartame makes me ill within a matter of minutes. I’m not sure what to substitute for the Dairy in this recipe. I’ll have to look around next time. I’m at the grocery store for a substitute.

  6. I make this. But don’t use the Jello brand! It’s made with artificial sweeteners and colors. There’s healthier versions or you can easily make your own

  7. This looks yummy but jello is junk, seriously..not sure if it has aspartame but that is linked to alzheimers. Love the pink vest!!
