Have you read his first book, the Obesity code? That book was responsible for putting me on the right path. I was 360 lb, in a scooter, disabled and unable to walk.
I found his book, got rid of the carbs, got rid of all sugar, got rid of bread, pasta all of the things that become sugar in our bodies. I started eating real food, meat, eggs, a little bit of seasonal organic fruit but very carefully because that is sugar.
I’m 185 lb now. I’m not disabled, I’m not in the scooter and I’m not on any of the medications I was on then. My a1c went from pre-type 2 diabetic to 4.7.
What Dr Fung says is absolutely correct.

Isn’t it hard not to tell people about it? I’m taking courses so I can do this professionally instead of law. I’m passionate about it and get frustrated at how much bad information on diet there is.

I feel better at 62 then I did as a teenager! No joint pain no frozen shoulders no heartburn or anything. Let alone reversing type two and keeping away breast cancer!

Remember, vitamin D3 is a Hormone, necessary for defining whether storage is needed in fat cells.
Low D3 (no summer sun), store your food as fat to survive winter.
We work indoors year round, constant winter fat saving mode, so to tell the body it’s summertime year round, take D3 year round to raise this hormone level above 50 ng/ml of serum 25HydroxyVitaminD3.
