  2. Brilliant way to eat. Been doing this 10 months 4.5 stones down & 100% natural total reversal of psoriasis that covered my lower body. My dermatologists recommended Jason’s methods & it just works without any toxic medication.

    1. ​​​​@debiwillis9045I have reduced carbs to 80 to 100g per day maximum. Cut out all bread, biscuits, pastry & anything with flour in it as much as possible they are simple highly processed carbs but make wraps from eggs & cottage cheese or the odd slice of sour dough. No alcohol or sweets as empty calories that are full of sugar. Rice only whole grain brown organic with nothing taken away & limited amounts as high in carbs. Cut out all seed oils only use good quality olive oil. I eat zero processed foods everything I eat is cooked from scratch using fresh ingredients. Lots of vegetables of all types, lots of green vegetables, broccoli, cabbage etc, avocados, nuts & swapped patatos for sweed & carrot mash as much lower in carbs. I eat good amounts of meat & fish with every meal but not all lean meat fatty cuts as well. Only eat real butter, full fat milk, no oatmeal or soya milk,full fat cheese & eggs. I eat the bulk of my carbs at 12 noon then my evening meal at 5.30 to 6pm. Will not eat again until 12 noon next day as I fast daily. My skin improved in 4 to 6 weeks & totally clear in 6 months. Despite fasting & not eating a low fat diet I’m never hungry, cholesterol is very low & I’m full of energy 👍 this way of eating changed my life. Ps I eat normal everyday food once a month on date night with the wife but this is a treat not the norm but we all have to live
