Warren Buffett’s Strategies for Passive Income – Andy Tanner, Greg Arthur

insulin resistance, diabetes, blood sugar, weight loss

In this episode, hosts Andy Tanner and Greg dive into the exciting world of making big bucks through smart investing. They focus on two main strategies: dividends and real estate syndication.

Andy Tanner reveals the potential of stocks for generating cash flow. They stress the importance of financial education, distinguishing it from advice, and emphasize the significance of understanding dividends and distributions across asset classes.

Tanner demystifies investing by comparing real estate syndications to stock dividends, advocating for low-level participation as a viable strategy for accruing wealth. Highlighting Warren Buffett's success through dividends, the episode challenges conventional investment wisdom, advocating for financial education and personal development over asset class selection.

How he make money with dividends if they give the dividends in same stock not cash money”

    • @kevinj2334 says:

He uses the money not just to reinvest in the company paying the dividend he uses it for a stock that is a really good value. Instead of using DRIP on a stock that’s overvalued you use on an undervalued stock.

  • @ckchevrier3 says:

Yes but, there is a big difference in the risk profile between BTC or ETH (cold storage) /physical gold and silver vs stocks, bonds, and real estate. The difference is that the latter isn’t actually yours all you have is a promissory note that it’s yours but in actual fact, you don’t own it, and at any time the Government can take it from you by law. Andy, please do your homework around this as it’s crucial you also communicate this to your audience. “Parallel Systems” the YouTuber goes into the documentation and law around this in great detail.

    • @jordanweb96 says:

You’re talking about stocks, bonds and real estate not actually being physical ownership and being just a promissory note right?

    • @ckchevrier3 says:

@@jordanweb96 Yes, with the assumption one has a mortgage on that real estate.

    • @jordanweb96 says:

@@ckchevrier3 I figured that’s what you were saying, I agree with those statements, but I’ve also come to terms with owning equities for cash flow and just hope physical metals as monetary insurance in case a situation ever came to where my stocks are worthless or inaccessible due to government intervention

I respect your work mate. TA is good but I find it truly baffling that all major crypto youtubers just look at pure T.A and completely Ignore the bigger narrative of why BTC Is pumping and why the future outlook might not be as rosy as it seems. It’s kinda irresponsible to ignore the fact that each ETF launch so far has caused a major pump at the peaks of BTC.. We were already on shaky footing with historically low volume and almost pure whale pumps, narrowly avoiding a long-term bear market. more emphasis should be put into day trading as It is less affected by the unpredictable nature of the Market.. I have made over 11btc from day trading with John Preston, insights and signals in less than 3 weeks, This is one of the Best medium to backup your assets incase it goes bearish…..
