  1. Hi Dennis. It is so disturbing that there is such a big difference between people on you tube talking about keto/carnivore. Everyone is going against each other on how we should be eating. Some say eat 200 g of fat and little protein and the next person says more high protein and let the body eat the fat off the body. This kind of banter does not help the regular people struggling on these diets. I know you are a great man of God and I’m hoping you can bring some clarity to this issue and perhaps some guidance on how to navigate all this advice. A video about this would be great. Thanks Dennis

  2. Especially with intermittent fasting, I have one meal a day and I’m so hungry that I ate too much and then fall asleep. I know I’m supposed to stay awake for several hours before I sleep, but it’s just not working.

  3. In the last 100 years sugar production and consumtion has risen from a once rarity, to a dominant portion of agriculture and diet. Paired with carbs in the form of flour, has directed our overall heath to what it is today. SAD.

    Per Dr. Bickman advises to 1. Prioritize protein at 30%, 2. Do not fear fats and 3. Control your carbs 🌺 Dennis believes fat is a good thing! As a people, we are eating way too many carbs. Dennis recommends Mike the Meter, eat protein, fat and limit your carbs

  5. Our ancestors didn’t live well. Most died of starvation or infectious disease. Our species is susceptible to diabetes, heart disease, etc. because there was never any evolutionary pressure to deselect them.
