  • @janemurphy331 says:

Thank you so much for helping so many people with controlling their diabetes, including me. May the good Lord continue to bless you 🙏🏽

  • @ocamoody says:

The only way I was getting thin was keto and when I got off it I gained more. So I’ll get back on it

  • @gordianknot5625 says:

One thing that has always puzzled me is if saturated fat is so bad for us as many doctors still claim, then why does our body store its fat as saturated rather than polyunsaturated?

  • @mrbigg7255 says:

A low carb diet is Wayyyy easier to sustain than a low fat diet.
The food is way more satisfying.
Anyone remember the “rice cake” fad???
    Horrible. 😂😂😂

LOL, a Jardiance commercial right in the middle of the video, the one with the to fat to dance gal pushing Jardiance. The other day I talked with a neighbor who told me she was diabetic, she didn’t know the difference between type 1 and type 2 and said she takes pills for it. That’s what most still do, take the pills. They don’t have any idea to actually deal with the problem.

Dr. Mark Hyman’s book Eat Fat, Get Thin Takeaway: 🥀🎊🥀 Sugar and refined carbs, not fat, reduces obesity, diabetes 2, and heart disease, and the prevention of premature death 🥀🎊🥀 The evidence is strong…The low fat era is on its last leg for beating diabetes 🥀⛄🥀 I admire Dr. Hyman for publicly changing his mind…Takes a lot of guts to do so! 🥀🎄

Love your title: “Betting Your Life …” That’s really what we are doing isn’t it?! I’ve seen the research and the graphs which demonstrate that a low-carb diet is the long-term healthy diet, and helps to reduce or eliminate so many common and nasty diseases. I’m also betting my life, 100% that Jesus is the only way to heaven. I’ve examined the proof of the resurrection, the miracles, the changed lives. Thank you brother Dennis. Keep beating that drum! You are trying to help others by shinning the light on the truth.

Do you have an opinion or experience with Einkhorn bread flour? I’m seeing some chat about the flour not spiking blood sugar.
