  1. I just saw one of those said “influencers” who is microdosing for “inflamation” who is very much in shape to begin with, just posted that she missed one week of her microdose while on vacation, and said her rings felt tight again and noticing bloat, etc etc. Does she plan on taking this the rest of her life? One woman responded with what happened to her when she stopped taking it and all the sudden that comment had been deleted. It is scary, I wonder what these peoples life will be like 10 years from now.

    1. Y’all promoted them outside the normal Diabetic scope of use. Just like you want a cheaper form of any given beauty product. 🧏🏼‍♀️ Like I said from the beginning, you should have stuck with your original plan: promoting * Various Exercise, *Diet choices, *Proper sleep * Gratitude

  2. I have had great success with the compounded Manjurno. I read etched the hell out it and I told the provider how I wanted it dosed. Low and slow like Dr. Tina says. I stayed on the 2.5 starting dose for months the moved to 5 mg if I felt my appetite was to deplete to eat my protein then I dropped the dose. I have been off a year. No problem coming off. Lost 35lbs and gained 3 lbs of muscle following women like Chalene. Protect your muscles. Every bite you take should focus on is this good for muscles and brains. If answer is yes then it is good for every other system in your body. Nurse of 30+ years and we can not sustain the current patient epidemic obesity. I also got of bp med and sleeping med and stopped taking fists full of advil each day because of immediate anti inflammatory benefits. Chalene has a great message and platform to go WITH these meds a cure our country’s problems of obesity and ALL the health problems that stem from it. Cancer, heart disease, diabetes etc

  3. Oh agreed 💯. But I would also like to see more things done to our foods to eliminate certain additives and ingredients.

    1. I agree. I am allergic to so much when I go to usa but here in Europe I m not. It has to be the food ingredients. If I lived in the USA I would be very overweight because of how my body reacts to your foods. Maybe rfk is correct. Very strange IMO

    1. I am a nurse, and I don’t advise anyone to take these meds.
I have 15 lbs that I am struggling to lose (menopause). But, I’ve seen alarming lawsuits related to these drugs (blindness, ileus, pancreatitis – which is SUPER painful) I’ve taken care of patients with pancreatitis.
I am exploring fasting (both IF and prolonged) along with moving more.
I won’t resort to GLP-1s… I’d rather be fat than blind!

    2. @dawnglass4592 I only worked at a health clinic for a short time but I did have one lady tell me her vision had changed for the worse since taking the GLP-1. She then asked me if that was a side effect of the Tirzepatide . She ended up coming back the following month to pick up more.
I wonder if it’s the drug causing worsening eye sight, or is it the age of the patients using these (Perimenopause and menopausal)? My vision has gotten worse and I don’t take these drugs. 🤷🏻‍♀️

  4. Totally agree!!! It’s very scary how it’s all over & people are taking this GLP-1 like crazy but at what cost? I’ve looked at the studies in medical journals & new info coming out of permanent extreme muscle loss, blindness, eating your heart muscle. Wow! 😳No thank you. Even if you’ve gained Menopause weight like I did, 20 lbs down naturally from more walking, weights & intermittent fasting and eating very clean. People just seem to want a quick fix, but at the expense of your life is just awful. I have added HRT & it has helped a lot. It took over an about a year to loose 20-25 lbs it’s slow but it’s healthy. Thank you for bringing this up. Influencers should not be paid or pushing this very dangerous drug. Much love to all. 🙏🏼💕💚👍🏼🌻

    1. I train over 35 years. Perimenopause started destroy my body. I take glp1. I have good muscle mass, still train and lost belly fat. I look like I was 40.
Ketogenic diet, IF was my normal lifestyle, but they stopped working.

I have normal appetite, and normal energy. People, who’s haven’t any Idea about GLP 1, write bullsheet and they try to convince you that it’s harmful and that there are other methods that work. No, there are no other methods. If they’ve already been tried and don’t work, then glp1 is the last resort to get back to normal.

    2. Have you gone on HRT to help you instead of GLP1? The reason why we gain weight at perimenopause is because of the fluctuation in our hormones that drastically dip. That’s why all the symptoms including weight gain. If you don’t fix that then using GLP1 is just masking the problem.i wish you well. Sending love & healing to you.

    3. You still didn’t answer if you’ve gone on HRT at all? Again you sound angry. Glad GLP1 “worked” for you but at what expense? Look at the medical journal studies. It’s your body, you only have one. God bless you. 🙏🏼

    4. @agar80. There are lawsuits over these GLP 1s, it’s not hear say… people going blind, pancreatitis (which is EXTREMELY painful) and ileus (which can be dangerous) from taking these meds! These meds are NOT the solution. I’d rather be fat than blind!

  5. I went to doctors for years asking for advice to lose weight explaining I was eating 1000 calories a day with no loss. It wasn’t until I learned to eat a low-carb diet, no grains whatsoever. Boom, I lost 70 lbs within a few months. I was so angry as to why none of the doctors recommended that diet.

    1. Same with me, 9 years ago now. I have stayed Carnivore for most meals. I do enjoy a little seasonal fruit on occasion and a little bit of a homemade from scratch baked good. 95% of the time I just eat my meats and fats. My mindbody is so happy and satisfied. ❤

    2. So true
People ate high fat ,animal based for decades
When they changed guide lines in the 80 that obesity raised

  6. It saved my life! When I gained an enormous amount of weight post surgery w complications that left me barely able to move for quite a while. Then in perimenopause and depression I couldn’t lose it on my own then. I lost 91 lbs! I had to purposely slow it down at 9 months in. Now I’m off and continuing to lose very slowly but mostly just want to gain the muscle I lost. I’m ever so grateful this medication was available to me! ❤

  7. I’m disgusted by the women endorsing this on their channels. I’m ready to remove them from my play list

  8. I agree Especially for those women who are on the compound and not going to see their doctor for regular full panel workup.

    1. There are many safe teleheath providers that do all the testing & will share information with your general provider

  9. Hi Chalene, thank you for bringing this up, so very important to in for the public of the dangers of this drug. Can I ask a request of you for a video? Can you please present like you did the alcohol studies on your brain all the recent studies in the medical journals about this GLP1? That way individuals don’t get so defensive in the comments and they are fully informed of what this actually does to one’s body. All I’ve read is very alarming. Thank you & I absolutely love & your work. You have really helped & inspired me on so many things. Sending love to you & hugs! 🤗🙏🏼💚🌻🥰💗👼🏻👍🏼

  10. I had NO idea how much it would help with my PMDD. It balances my hormones. Idk why or how but I am so grateful. (Yes, I’ve tried everything else under the sun)

    1. I worked in a functional Heath care clinic that specialized in GLP-1s and most people gained some weight back when they stopped. It’s supposed to be used with lifestyle changes. People must eat protein if they want to avoid muscle loss.

  11. Eat animal based , low carb with some fruit
No seed oils , or processed food
80 and vegan trend blow up obesity and health issues ,along with pharmaceutical over used

  12. Yes, I totally agree. It’s a scary thing and I’m so glad you’re brave enough to say it and get to the root cause money.

  13. Literally they are making money hand over fist and some of these companies don’t care what happens and how legit their product is, truly scary

  14. Shout to you for addressing this💯I’ve been noticing this as well and it’s actually scary… Build discipline and do it yourself💕💚
