    What’s the difference between this reassessment procrastination and completing a monthly review? Is it just that in the monthly review you are acknowledging what steps you’ve made and next steps whereas this reassessment procrastination you just change the goal without going deeper?

      I think you nailed it. Monthly review would ideally focus on measurement toward the goal. Reassessment might result in changing the goal altogether which is easier than being honest about why progress hasn’t been made.
