    1. There are tables that convert average glucose mg/dl to approximate A1c’s. He is assuming his post meal glucose is his average.

  3. I am trying . I am doing omad . Bullet proof coffee like you do . Slowly I get it .
    I tried two apricots . My blood sugar went up twenty six points of 126 . So I fasted the rest of the day and night .
    My big problem is the dawn effect . My blood sugar stays around 109 .
    I am now doing what you do with a lot of fasting to get it down into normal sugar . Last A 1 was 6. 7 .
    That was in November .
    I am working on it . Because of you. Thankyou for your sharing and showing how to do it .
    I know you did long fasts to get your A1C down down Down and blood sugar . You help us poor people .
