Sir your videos are very informative n am collecting all data i will do my blood work soon, in january it was 10 A1c, low carbs no sugar no processed food, but my muscle mass is reduced weight is now 76, How can i gain weight without effecting my B.S, because for now they are very controlled, But i want to gain muscle 💪, Please advise.

Dennis, I’m a big fan of “Beat Diabetes”, but I think you may have misspoke @11:25. You said “very, very low fat”. Did you really mean to say “very, very low carb”? Just seeking clarification, thanks!
Morning Dennis. Thanks for another good explanation and teaching for those new to type 2 diabetes People please listen to Dennis and watch his videos I guarantee if you apply his techniques you will lower your blood sugar and reverse it! Don’t let it overwhelm you as it did myself in the beginning, use Mike the meter like he says. Everyone’s body is somewhat different to the same foods in part. 🙏 you can do it and if your newly diagnosed you got a great head start. I noticed just yesterday my numbers were up slightly and I had my haddock for dinner with peas and tiny salad. Walked afterwards. Nothing to eat after 7 pm. Woke up to 83.
