I have worn spanx 24 hours a day for 20+ years… I’m 60 and smooth
You always bringing the heat 🔥🔥
Why thank you
I am here for you and everything you do 💝
You are a wonderful human being…
Wow, thank you girl!!
Chalene, LOVE your videos! I did ballet for fifteen years (age 3/1/2- age 18), now I’m 42 and I lift heavy weights and do bikram yoga and have followed a ketogenic and carnivore diet since 2017, and I STILL have hamstring and glute cellulite! For work I stand 14 hours a day and I barely ever sit down..cellulite…It’s just a thing in my family
That’s an amazing routine! And yeah sometimes cellulite is just there ugh
Maybe you need some rest and plant based diet..just a casual observation, also rebounder is supposed to help with cellulite
@@Mellyyyyy-w3jI have a lot of friends who do ‘gentle” exercise and eat a plant based diet and they all have the worst cellulite. I definitely see it less in heavy lifters and seed oil avoiders. That’s just my personal observation though from the people I personally know.
My husband eats healthy and lifts heavy and he still has some cellulite in those same areas. He’s really fair with smooth thinner skin like half his family. He’s been super low body fat and it still shows to some extent. It’s likely just that some people have thinner skin and connective tissues and there’s not too much that can be done about it. You should be proud of your routine! Your body is doing amazing things for you!
@AnnaWestfalia I was not advocating gentle, however just changing things up some, I had to light a fire under my own self recently as menopause kicked my butt
Can you do a video on the different types of varicose veins and how to prevent or treat them? Thank you
I’ll put it on my list
I’d love this too ❤
@@chalenejohnsonyes please
Looking forward to this. Varicose and spider veins.
Yes please for me too
I’m just starting this video so don’t know what you will say but I want to share my experience with cellulite.
I never really had much cellulite until about 5 years ago at age 55. It gradually got worse and worse. I couldn’t figure out why and was really getting me down.
Recently, about 6 months ago, I wanted to lose a bit of weight and I heard someone say, “the fat you eat is the fat you wear” so I became diligent on cutting out my fat intake. I didn’t really lose weight, but I did notice that my cellulite started to diminish. I had stuck to “healthy” fats like tallow, butter, avocado oil, olive oil, ghee…and so it didn’t really occur to me that these would cause cellulite.
Thank you for sharing!!
Your neck looks awesome. What did you do?
Red/NIR light has some studies to building collagen, boosting lymphatic system, and circulation to help reduce appearance of cellulite. And also skin elasticity and making my skin look so so good. It also energizes me.
I’ve been doing it for a few years now mainly because of my injury’s and helping in inflammation. I have noticed a difference. And on scars fading away.
If anyone is curious, I use clinical grade red/NIR light panel. Red light should be at minimum 660nm and NIR 850nm to be effective. Please follow instructions of brand. I don’t buy panels on Amazon since it’s mostly cheap knockoffs like they are literally just a light bulb 💡. The red light face masks are a personal choice but personally I prefer devices that give out power and I can hit other areas in my body.
Thank you for sharing!
Which panel do you use? Love to know. Thanks!
Body sculpting had rf and cavitation with lymphatic vacuum therapy/ massage. Takes several sessions around $150.00 available. Everywhere
Thanks for another great video!! I’m 65 my husband passed way this year and I’m insecure about everything 🫤 I was in very good shape a few years ago (even done some of your workouts in the past)but had a few bouts with covid which left without exercising for months!! Working hard now to get in great shape again but it is certainly harder at this age but your wonderful inspiration keeps me going. As for a youthful appearance not sure I will get there but I just have to accept the wrinkles come with the age!! 😬 my goal is to get strong and fit again 😊
Love that goal! And I’m so sorry for your loss

Chalene I cannot get enough of your videos here on YouTube. I’m 60 and I’ve been post menopausal for over 20 years. I have the BODi app and I’m wondering if there are any of your workouts you recommend
Aww thank you! Depending on your goal, but I do have a program online!! Check this out if gives you 7 days free https://phaseitup.com/7-day-jumpstart/
@@chalenejohnsonstrength is my primary goal. I’ll check it out. I just did one of your BODi workouts. I only did about half, but I’ll work up to more!
Babies have cellulite! It’s society that has made us ashamed of our body.
Thank you for all your solid information. Cheers!
A babies cellulite is temporary because of “baby fat.” When you’re an adult, it just looks gross. Many people have it because people are out of shape or overweight.
❤🎉❤🎉❤…We love you, too Chalene! I think of you everyday…especially when I put on my weighted vest 😅😅… thank you for everything you do for us! ❤
Aww yaaay! Love that
Chalene you give the BEST advice & tips!! Thank you my beautiful friend
Omg thank you so much
Rebounding is helping me reduce cellulite. Chalene, have you ever shared on rebounding? I’m amazed at the many benefits I am experiencing & curious if you rebound 😊
What is rebounding?!?!
Good job! Yes, rebounding activates your natural lymph flow, adds oxygen and blood flow with exercise, and can build those muscles!
@@JodyYoung-wy5swa bouncing up and down but in shorter controlled movements. Uses a small, stiff type of trampoline.
@@JodyYoung-wy5sw A rebounder is a mini trampoline. I got one and I love it. There are tons of benefits and it’s fun! I got one without a bar to improve my balance, but if I were to go back in time, I think I would have gotten one with a bar.
I just bought one for this purpose. Can’t wait to try it.
You know that feeling when something just makes too much sense to ignore? That was me halfway through The Forbidden Code of Herbs. I’ve done the diets, the supplements, the workouts…but none of it felt connected. This book tied it all together. For once, my health doesn’t feel like a battle. It feels like something I finally understand
IDGAF about any cellulite I may have. I eat healthy, I’m active… Men can love it because I just don’t care. 😂
