The Single Best Thing You Can Do for Your Immune System

Supplements play a VERY big role on your immune system. And I've found that the best combination is magnesium, vitamin C, vitamin D, Calcium, Iron, Zinc, Potassium and since, I refuse to swallow yet another pill, I'm so happy I found Organifi Immunity, it has all of those and it tastes like orange, it is honestly delicious.
I take it twice a day, and specially if I'm travelling or if I'm under a lot of stress (anything that can compromise my immune health)
Highly recommend. Go to chalene.com/immune and use code CHALENE for 20% OFF

  1. Me too, and I don’t take many supplements, vitamin d3 k2, and recently vitamin b12 n cod fish oil, but before that in my 20’s, 30’s, 40’s, 50’s and just started my 60’s; didn’t get covid either, had a sniffle, cough here and there. Guess I’m doing something right for my nervous system all these decades. Just gonna keep on keepin on!

  2. Please encourage people to check their blood levels before they take any supplements. I have high calcium and didn’t know till I had a blood test and had to stop taking calcium.

    1. Yes calcium is a bit dangerous, mine was high too. If you drink a lot of dairy you’re getting plenty already

  3. I used to get sick all my life either from common colds or anything that triggered my allergic rhinitis. The past more than the last decade I hardly get sick. The only difference is I exercise daily. That’s the only constant difference. When I was younger I used to run but ONLY when I had free time or the weather permitted. So I still got sick. Now I mostly lift so I do it at home so I can stick to consistently doing that daily (with rest days).

  4. Immunity is also mental. You have to tell those little white cells to take care of you or else.
