    People tend to forget how adaptable the human body truly is progressive overload forces Max adaptation and great strength gains for men and women alike, I would also add creatine to the mix for men and women especially over 40 years of age, on the cardio side I’m a big advocate for interval training for the very same reason, far more bang for your buck
