Are the cooking oils in your kitchen making or breaking your health? You might be surprised to learn that the oils you use daily could be fueling your body like premium gasoline—or slowly poisoning you like toxic sludge. In this episode of Ultra Healthy Now, Dr. Nicole Srednicki dives deep into the truth about cooking oils and how they impact your energy, metabolism, and long-term health.

Did you know? But don’t worry! Dr. Nicole breaks down which oils to use for different cooking methods, the hidden dangers of seed oils, and how to detox your body from toxic fats.

You’ll learn:

  • @edwargo says:

It’s taking a long time to reverse this toxic brainwashing but at least it is happening. Some seed oils are difficult to avoid for convenience so I’m not 100% but I’ve been close to it for a few years now. I still get some from potato chips and the odd takeaway meal, nobody is perfect and you still have to be happy.

  • @johnhancock5299 says:

Only use lard tallow duck fat etc. Only fat from land animals

  • @jeepinintexas6215 says:

Do you have any info on how to get rid of eczema?

    • @Brzypoint says:

Carnivore diet. Also, find a functional medicine Dr., they will help you get rid of it! They aren’t cheap and do not except insurance…it’s costly up front but after you figure it out you won’t need a Dr. anymore.

  • @Soul-yx9if says:

I use A2 cow ghee and cold pressed mustard oil for cooking.

  • @Brzypoint says:

Flax should be avoided at all costs!! It’s SUPER high in Estrogen!!
