it’s easy to forget carbs are the problem and i often hear that excuse that we’re all different, so it’s good that you cleared it up in this video and cut to the key points. i always come out of these videos feeling better 🙂

No, but it is mighty cold (low or around 18F).
His book is amazing. I have not seen much online from Dr. Bernstein since early summer. I imagine at 90, he is slowing down a bit.
A while back, Dr B announced that in future he would only be making videos every 3/4 months. I am not sure if he is behind on this schedule. I know he took a big hit from having Covid. I miss his videos and will be very sad if he can’t make any more, but of course they and he had to come to an end sometime. He has given us so much!
