  1. I have one suggestion… Hume scale! I got one this year and it is the best! Only thing better would be a DEXA. I had another “smart” scale that would only show body fat % reduction if I lost lbs. Even with weight fluctuations, the Hume scale has shown my body fat % slowly decreasing each time I weigh in. I can’t speak highly enough of it. ❤
