    1. @Kelz67Go for it… Do you think your body is pumping saturated fat around freely in the blood? Does your blood get so cold that saturated fat just congeals in them like a sink drain? What is it that’s so bad about saturated fat rather than other fats?

    2. @girl_on_fire_x_x You might wanna Google it. Go ahead and eat tons of full fat dairy, high saturated fat foods ALL the time, for years. THEN when you’re cholesterol is sky high, you’ll be at risk for strokes and heart attacks. Look up plaque in the arteries. I’m speaking from experience. I’m 58 and have elevated cholesterol levels….

  1. What is this that I am hearing about these Cellular Health Ptograms. Stating carbs an sugar is not the cause of Diabetes; but your cell! I am so confused!!! Don’t know where to turn!! Dr Fung has never said anythinv about eating starchy carbs😢

  2. They cook faster in an instant pot. However, I’m troubled to find that almost all oats are sprayed with Roundup prior to harvest to help them dry. So although oats are Non GMO it doesn’t mean Glyphosate free. Unfortunately this is standard practice in many places (including Scotland). I kind of hope that organic would not be sprayed.

  3. I want steel cut oats. Thank you Dr. Fung you are awesome 😊😊😊😊❤❤❤❤🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉

  4. I’ve read his books and he talks about this. Steel cut oats are ok occasionally. He’s not advocating for carbs, just giving you the better alternative.

  5. The human body doesn’t need breakfast. It’s one big scam. Just reduce your processed sugar intake and focus on getting healthy lean proteins and increasing fats such as coconut milk, avocado and eggs

  6. Steel cut is definitely better for you, but I would argue that they’re not even good for you at all. They’re either sprayed with glyphosphate, or a pesticide And they block a lot of nutrients that your body is trying to absorb and not good for gut health.

  7. I have the greatest respect for Dr Fung but there are some people who can’t tolerate grains ( oats in this case ) . Steel cut oats ( eaten either on their own or with dilute full fat yoghurt ) made me as hungry as alcohol does . No satiety for me with oats . When I looked on diabetic forums ( I was prediabetic then ) there were lots of people puzzled as to why dieticians were telling them to eat steel cut oats when they spiked their bloods so high .
