Short videos are the smallest piece.

We did it! We made it to the end of the 14 day challenge, but this is just the beginning! Type DAY 14 DONE below if you've uploaded today's video, and also tell me what the biggest learning moment was for you. Also, be sure to catch me live tomorrow (Tuesday, April 21st) at 10am PT (1pm ET) on the PatFlynn YouTube channel (@PatFlynn) to learn more about how what you're doing with short form video fits into a much larger picture for the brand you're creating, and the Superfans that you're earning! I'll see you then, and again, great job!

    1. Biggest learning experience would have to be the editing and using Instagram alot more productively

  1. Day 14 is done. Been fun to reconnect with the audience and find more of hopefully the right people. I have some ideas for long form videos now which is cool.

  2. Day 14 done. Biggest nugget: find the system that works for me. By doing the prep work of knowing that yes. I’ll use iPhone. Yes. I’ll edit in edits app. Yes. I’ll upload at end of day. That bit of routine helped my adhd- over 60 brain process and move forward and not quit after day two or a rough week or far too long middle school day. I’m still finding my voice and audience, but these two weeks have taught me to get 1% better daily and that sometimes short and sweet really serves you well in short form content. Thanks Pat for a challenge that us older, seasoned creators can actually complete.

  3. Day 14 done !!! Just keep going no matter what the numbers are. I am planning on keeping it going.

  4. Day 14. Thank you for the inspiration for my daughter and I making the Pikapack Pal channel. Finding a platform that works best for us is something that i have learned.

  5. Day 14 DONE!! We have had a huge uptick in our tech skills and watch times and followers and subscribers!

  6. Day 14 is DONE! Loved this push, it’s exactly what I needed. I went for variety instead of a series in this challenge becuase I wanted to experiment and try different things. Biggest takeaway – this isn’t as hard as I thought it would be. Ready for what’s next.

  7. Day 14 done! I really got to engage with my audience more and draw them in better with a hook that you couldn’t pass up!

  8. Day 14 filmed and ready to go live tonight in the UK. Can’t make the live tonight as I run a Pilates class at the same time online😭

  9. Day 14 done ✅ and thanks again Pat for putting us all up to the simple task of getting out of our own way. 😅 even myself who has had my channel slowly getting more subs over a longer time have seen (literally I’ve done the math 🧮) exponential growth in my channel over the first 7-8 days 👍👀 like that’s crazy!
As I’ve been waiting to hit 50 subs (on YT) for what felt like until the dang heat death of the universe! Became an almost 20 subscriber increase over these days and I thought I was showing up enough before when I clearly haven’t been putting in the work I thought I was until this challenge so thank you again King Diglett Thumbs 🤙😆 (give poor Alex a break would ya lol I’m kidding you guys are the best odd couple in comedy in years!) 🎉❤️‍🩹👊
