Mug Cake video:
Basic Mug Cake Recipe:
1 egg
2 tbsp. heavy cream
2 tbsp. melted coconut or olive oil
1/2 tsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. coconut flour
2 tbsp. almond flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
2 packets or 1.5 tbsp. of non-sugar sweetener
Shake of salt
Mix well in a bowl, transfer into large mug sprayed with cooking oil (not vegetable)
Bake in microwave for 70 – 90 seconds

Chaffles Video:
Basic Chaffle Recipe (Makes 2 chaffles with Dash mini-waffle maker):

Mix together 1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese with 1 egg
Cook in mini-waffle maker for 3-4 minutes
DONE!

Fancy Chaffle Recipe (Makes 2 3/4 chaffles with Dash mini-waffle maker):
Mix together: 1/2 cup finely shredded mozzarella cheese with 1 egg
Add and mix in: 2 Tbsp almond flour, 1/2 tsp psyllium husk powder, 1/4 tsp baking powder, 1 Tbsp heavy cream
Cook in mini-waffle maker for 3-4 minutes
DONE!

Low-carb pancakes video:

Low-carb Pancakes Recipe

3 eggs
3 Tablespoons heavy whipping cream
3 Tablespoons olive or melted coconut oil
3 Tablespoons of coconut flour
1 Tablespoon of almond flour
1/4 teaspoon salt (or two shakes from a shaker)
1/4 teaspoon baking powder
1 packet of stevia

Blend all ingredients together and use as a pancake mix. Cook the way you would with traditional pancakes, but at a slightly lower temperature, since this recipe has a significant egg content.

  2. Keto didn’t work for me. I tried it for 7 months. So I tried very low fat and got my fasting blood glucose from 105 down to 90 in about 3 weeks!

    1. Low fat? Do you mean you ate less carbs? I don’t know how low fat would lower your blood sugar. Low fat products have higher sugar content to add back in flavour. Either way, that’s great news for you. I wish you further success.

  3. You could also alternate your strawberry filling, cake, sugar free custard or pudding and shipping cream in a tall glass and make a parfait.

  5. Thank you for the ideas! I don’t complicate things very much, my keto desserts are a little bit of 90% or 95% dark chocolate or just Greek yogurt
