No One Talks About These GLP-1 Side Effects…

insulin resistance, diabetes, blood sugar, weight loss

You’ve probably heard people call GLP-1s “weight loss shots.”

But the real story?

🧠 They’re being studied for Alzheimer’s and Parkinson’s
💉 They regulate insulin, not just appetite
🔬 They reduce chronic inflammation (aka: aging fuel)

This isn’t about losing weight for a reunion.

It’s about how we age.

And if you only know the clickbait version… you’re missing the part that actually matters.

*Note: I am not on a GLP-1, but after listening to this doctor and reviewing the research, Microdosing has become something I’m seriously considering for the longevity and brain protective effects

  • @simmoneroper9807 says:

Your socks are super cute, where can I find those please

  • @danniedebe9885 says:

Is there a specific one that is good to take? ❤

  • @lesann1896 says:

All these chemical pharm injections! Why not just do steroids?

    • @stephaniwagner637 says:

Because those are two very different substances with extremely different uses & outcomes

    • @jeancooper9786 says:

Beware, my patient had two episodes of complete blindness that lasted approximately 30 seconds. Each one week after her first and second injections. It happened while she was driving. Thankfully her daughter was with her the second time. Beware.

    • @monicaledesma4084 says:

Steroids have terrible side effects if you use them for an extended period of time. And they don’t do the same effect in your body. Totally different medication. It’s like saying “why not to use penicillin?”

    • @Goodboycat-d4x says:

I don’t think you know what we’re talking about

  • @terisaunderwood1629 says:

I have been on a GLP1 for about a year now. I do go to the gym 3 to 4 times a week to strength training. For me, I have lost maybe 2 lbs in this past year. But my A1 C, glucose and cholesterol numbers have all improved greatly. I do micro dose. I would love to look like Chalene, but that’s not in the cards for me right now. I’m 56, 5’5″ at 157 lbs., and I’m happy.

    • @sunillaeti9327 says:

Which GLP1 are you taking and why only you lost only so little weight ? I’m considering starting GLP but scared to

  • @stephaniwagner637 says:

They’re finding that glp-1s help with addiction behaviors too! ❤

  • @joyaelbers2437 says:

    Where do you get this

  • @tangifisch2260 says:

It made me have no bowel movements. Any suggestions out there?

  • @TreasureForeverOfficial says:

It’s honestly concerning how casually these medications are being talked about like a new pair of shoes. I really believe it’s important to also mention the potential risks—because someone watching this who doesn’t know better might assume it’s completely safe without understanding the real impact on the body. This isn’t just about aesthetics—it’s about long-term health: hormones, nervous system, metabolism, emotional wellbeing. Health is sacred. We deserve truth, not just trends

    • @Mmmmkaaay says:

Obesity kills far more people than this medication.
And anyone with a brain knows they need to research a medication before they start taking it and weigh the pros and cons.
I think what’s really going on is that thin folks are hating being knocked off their skinny pedastals and think it’s “cheating” that people who struggle are finding success. After all, being thin is social currency for women. They get better mates, better jobs and better everything. Fat people get treated like dog doo.

    • @luckieshel says:

GLP-1s have been around a long time and studied extensively.

    • @lifestylesister2962 says:

@@luckieshelso have many drugs, doesn’t mean they are safe.
I have friends who are nurses and they are seeing people who have destroyed their pancreas, wrecked gut, hair falling out. It’s not funny. Maybe Chalene is doing them in such a way that it is safe, but this will send a message to the less informed that it’s 💯 safe and effective. I do not believe they are. We’ll just sit back and watch the carnage once the masses have been on them for a while. You can guarantee, in the UK anyway, that if they are giving them out for free then they are trying to kill some people off. They don’t give anything for nothing if it’s good for you!!

    • @L2Living365 says:

Your comment shows you haven’t studied the drug. If done correctly with micro dosing, high protein, and lifting weights it’s extremely healthy and beneficial!!! It’s preventing diabetes, heart, disease, Alzheimer’s, and dementia, inflammation, mental issues, etc. The only side effect is weight loss. I’ll take that side effect all day long!
Why would I want to wait until I get one of those diseases until I started taking a microdose. Makes zero sense!

  • @msarchieve1749 says:

Ozempic is for diabetics to help with lowering A1C.

The best way to eat is serving size and portion control. Diets don’t work.

    • @cloakster says:

Yes. Wegovy is the version of Ozempic FDA-indicated for weight loss. Ozempic is for diabetes.

      Neither one is a diet.

  • @deutschemama911 says:

Definitely cuts soda cravings and coffee cravings. But can lead to constipation. One glass of water/juice with two tablespoons chia seeds helps 👍👍👍

  • @DebbieWasson-z3y says:

has anyone talked about the fact that when you slow down your digestive track your bowels slow down too has anybody discuss the long-term effects that having a slow down, intestinal track can do to you? Yeah, nobody wants to talk about that because it’s not cool research it and once that happens, you can’t undo it

  • @DaniJo2320 says:

Did you start taking one? I’m a little behind

  • @Mmmmkaaay says:

Best thing that every happened to my body! 4 months in and 25 lbs down. People treat me much better because humans are shallow AF.😂🙄

  • @lorenarivera4694 says:

Are you promoting a drug to lose weight

    • @cloakster says:

What’s wrong with that, so long as it works and is reasonably safe?

That would put it far ahead of most weight-loss products. 🤷🏼‍♂️

  • @aleesiauh says:

Im confused why this woman would take it

    • @mcspankie2010 says:

Great question and who would rx it to her. Im her size and a personal trainer No way world i mess with that

  • @luckieshel says:

It weirdly didn’t do anything to my sugar cravings but I’ve lost 32 lbs and I hardly drink anymore.

  • @user-qw8no5bl5m says:

Veganism and HRT is my jam.
