1 egg
3Tbsp almond flour
1 Tbsp olive oil
.5 tsp baking powder
Salt (me) or garlic salt

For the second modified batch, I made it as before but I substituted one tablespoon of golden flax seed for one of the tablespoons of almond flour, I added about a quarter cup of sunflower seeds, and I used garlic salt instead of the regular salt.
My Chaffles
2 eggs blended
1 tsp of baking powder
1.5 cups of shredded mozzarella cheese
2 quarter cups of almond flour
1.5 quarter cups of soy flour
3.5 quarter cups of heavy cream
Mix it very well
Bake 4 – 5 minutes in wafflemaker
